Most analytics work in government ends at the report. Someone proves a pattern exists, the finding is accepted, and then running that detection month after month falls to a team that already has a job. We exist to take that part.
Why this exists
The pattern is consistent enough to build a company around. A pilot works. It finds something real. Then the person who built it moves on, the schema changes, the fraud shifts, and eighteen months later the capability exists on paper and produces nothing an investigator would act on. Nobody was negligent. The work simply had no owner.
That is the part we take: operating the capability continuously, keeping it tuned as the typologies move, and keeping an evidence trail that survives a review.
